FROM INTEREST TO OPPORTUNITY
  1. A homeowner has a plan.

We help them understand the grant route.

  2. The details come together.

Location, work, timing and relevant home details.

  3. The right opportunity reaches you.

Matched to your trade and service area.

  4. You take it from here.

A site visit. Your advice. Your quotation.

Built around the way you work

You know your trade.
We make the introduction.

Useful context, before the first call.

We ask about the work, the home and the homeowner’s intentions so you have a clearer starting point.

You choose your area and availability.

Tell us the counties and work you cover. We agree how introductions and site visits should reach your team.

A real person behind the partnership.

Brian will talk you through the service, check the fit and agree the details. A simple setup, with someone to call.

The practical details

Clear from
the beginning.

What counts as a qualified lead?

A homeowner who has shared the relevant property and work details, is interested in taking the next step and has agreed to an introduction. We agree the criteria for your trade during setup. Qualification does not guarantee a sale or a successful grant application.

Do I need to be SEAI registered?

For work under schemes that require it, yes. Other home grants have different requirements. We check the relevant registration and scope before enabling introductions for that work. We are independent of SEAI.

Can I control my workload?

Yes. We agree your service areas and availability, and you can ask us to pause introductions when you’re at capacity. Site visits are offered only against agreed availability.

Who handles quotations and the work?

You do. HomeGrants provides guidance and introductions. The homeowner’s quotation, work contract and payment for the job are agreed directly with your business.

What happens after the three free leads?

We’ll discuss how it is working for your business and agree pricing before any paid introductions. There is no automatic subscription or charge when your trial ends.
