What this costs you

HomeGrants.ie is free to homeowners. There is nothing to pay — this page explains how that works and how to stop at any point.

Nothing to pay

Getting your grant plan and asking for a quote are both free. We do not ask homeowners for payment, card details or a subscription. We are paid by contractors, not by you.

You are never committed

• Asking for a quote does not book anything. You can decline any quote you receive.
• Ask a contractor what any survey or assessment costs before it starts.
• Any contract for work is between you and the contractor — see our Terms.

Changing your mind

Email info@homegrants.ie and we will remove your details and stop passing them on. We cannot recall a request already sent to a contractor — ask that contractor directly to erase your details, and we will give you their contact details if you need them. See our Privacy notice.

If a contractor lets you down

Tell us at info@homegrants.ie. We cannot resolve a dispute over work we are not party to, but we do act on it: a contractor who does not turn up, quotes something other than what was asked for, or pressures a homeowner stops receiving introductions from us.

If you bought a report

We stopped selling grant reports in July 2026. If you bought one and something went wrong with it, email info@homegrants.ie with your order reference and we will look into it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
