This tool provides an area-based eligibility likelihood estimate using nearby housing records. It does not provide a house-specific grant approval decision.

No guarantee

Results are for guidance only. Final grant eligibility depends on full property-level checks and formal criteria applied by the relevant scheme.

Callback requests

If you submit your contact details and consent, we may share them with approved local contractors to provide the callback you requested.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to abuse, automate, or disrupt the service. We may rate limit or block suspicious traffic to protect tool performance.
